Having a great time with my family, though not much is happening. My brother Ray left at 4:15 this morning. I got up to bid him goodbye. So sad to see him go.
I’ve been reading Glenn Beck’s new book Being George Washington. It’s really hard to put it down. It is well-written, informative and extremely interesting. I’ve learned so much about the Revolutionary War and about James Monroe, Alexander Hamilton, Benedict Arnold. Baron von Steuben, and others, and not just about George Washington.
We’ve been playing cards after dinnerand it’s alot of fun.
